2 problems. 1 How would his site being free increase his YouTube channel
traffic? 2, Many of his covers he will not get the advertising revenue from
because the rights to the song belong to the original artist/publisher and
so Kelly earns very little from YouTube hits simply because he does not own
the music that he plays. Covers/arrangements come under derivative works
and so he would need to buy a licence for each song which for online media
usually costs around a penny per view.
I love how different your arrangement sounds from the original. The melody
really shines through – I’d never realized it was that pretty before!
