I was nursed on MJ,Janet , whitney,Mariah .
The R&B scene was stacked and the c-listers if the 90s sadly would give
Chris brown a run for his money…
In energy , musical content and charisma …He lacks star power to me.
I was spoiled in the 90s I really didn’t know how good I had it.
I’m hoping a new crop of R&B acts brings back high quality performances
without the drama and focus on real music again.

You could hear his younger vocals on the songs, so lets not pretend like
that was Chris singing. Chris can perform like no one else out but he’s
damaged his vocals from smoking.
I wonder how can some people be so ignorant….he is NOT doing playback he
is singing over the song so that he can stop singing to dance but the song

Jackson, En Vogue, etc era..looks more like the BET awards..LESS natural
talent, MORE auto-tune, dramatic backgrounds effects and execessve people
on stage!!!
